As per standard criminal procedure, medical examination of both the alleged victim and the accused is mandatory in such matters. However, no such medical records exist in this case.

There are no consistent victim testimonies on record.

There is a complete lack of forensic, medical, or circumstantial evidence.

The prosecution’s case is primarily narrative-based, without substantiating proof — raising serious doubts about the integrity of the proceedings.

2. In the murder case:

The ballistic reports clearly indicate that the bullet recovered did not match the revolver in question.

There is no police diary entry, no formal log, and no authenticated material evidence that supports the claims made.

Saint Dr. Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan has dedicated his life to selfless service and humanitarian work. No person engaged in immoral acts could have possibly performed such extensive and genuine welfare activities:

We must remember that throughout history, every divine soul, every saint, and every spiritual master — be it Lord Ram, Lord Krishna, or others — faced trials and conspiracies.

But truth always prevails.

We urge society:

Do not run away from the truth — face it with courage.

Call truth what it is — truth, and call falsehood what it is — falsehood.
