How to Meditate?
Meditation practice involves practitioner to focus his attention on a particular object – like a burning candle or one’s own breath, or Third Eye, to maintain focus for a period of time. While concentrate on Third Eye and enchant God Words is the best mediation practice.
- Sit or stand comfortably.
- Close your eyes.
- Don’t try to control the breath forcefully, simply breathe naturally.
- Focus your attention on the Third Eye and Exhale and inhale deeply. Don’t focus on the coming thought or wandering mind.
Practice meditation for two to three minutes to start, and then try it for longer periods 2 to 3 hours.
